What to include in a support request
- App or game title.
- Platform and store, for example Google Play.
- Device model and operating system version.
- App version, if available.
- A short description of the issue and steps to reproduce it.
- For purchase issues, include the Google Play order ID if relevant. Do not send full payment card details.
Response time
We aim to review support messages as soon as reasonably possible. Response time may vary depending on project stage, volume of reports and the complexity of the issue.
